Does No Masturbation Really Increase Penis Sensitivity?

Masturbation is a quite natural, healthy thing that every man should feel free to enjoy. In fact, experts recommend regular masturbation as an integral part of good penis care. But there is a growing movement that says no masturbation is the way to go – and proponents claim it improves focus, better productivity, more desire, and even an increase in penis sensitivity.

Pros and Cons of No Masturbation

For some, the idea of not getting off on at least a daily basis can be tough to fathom. For others, the thought of not having that ready stress relief in the palm of their hand is enough to lead to anxiety. But for the curious, here are some pros and cons of the ‘no masturbation’ movement.

Con: No getting off. Not being able to get off in private can quickly lead to serious issues, like more tension, annoyance, irritation, and of course, the physical feeling of needing release but being unable to get it. This is exacerbated by the fact that many men think about sex and release more often when they stop self-pleasuring.

Pro: More attention for partners. On the other hand, ‘no masturbation’ does not men ‘no sex.’ A man who stops using his hand might turn to his partner more often, thus increasing his sexual escapades and his enjoyment of them. Besides that, he might actually enjoy sex much more than he did when he was getting off on his own.

Pro: Increased penis sensitivity. A man who doesn’t manhandle the equipment too often will often notice penis sensitivity increasing rather quickly. Soon every motion will begin to feel sensual; even the act of walking around with his clothing brushing against his penis can be enough to make him want to jump in the sack with a willing partner.

Con: Frustration. However, not every man has a partner. Then what? A man who has no means of release must find some other way to direct all that sensual energy, and any man will tell you that is not an easy task. Some can work with this and channel that energy into other endeavors, which leads to…

Pro: More focus and time. For those who are good at turning their frustration into action, the ‘no masturbation’ movement might actually be a good idea for a short period of time. By clearing the mind of the pleasure of the flesh, a man naturally finds more time. He doesn’t fire up the computer to see adult videos, doesn’t pick up a naughty magazine, and doesn’t otherwise spend time on masturbation. That’s a great deal of time for other things.

Pro and Con: Learning about himself. A man who goes through a ‘no masturbation’ period will discover the little ‘cracks’ in his daily life rather quickly. For instance, a man who has been relying on pornography will realize that in very short order. Issues with a very low sex drive will become crystal clear when he can go for weeks without wanting to get off. Or a man might realize that he actually functions better with masturbation, and will come to appreciate it in a way he didn’t before.

Regardless of whether a man chooses to pursue a ‘no masturbation’ policy for a while, he should always focus on penis health. He should use a specially formulated penis health crème  (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) on a daily basis. The application of a nutrient cream loaded with vitamins, such as A, C, D and B5, as well as an excellent hydrator such as vitamin E, will help ensure his penis stays ready for action. All of this blended into a natural Shea butter base can keep itchy, dry skin at bay – and that will be quite appreciated when a man takes matters in hand again.
