A Healthy Penis is an Active Penis – Tips to Strengthen the Equipment

Men can do these exercises by applying a hot compress to the penis for a few minutes and then rubbing the penis with a soothing oil or cream until the penis is semi-erect. Holding the semi-erect penis with the palms of the hands facing down, the thumb and index finger should apply pressure underneath the penis. Men should then slightly pull the penis away from the body for five to 10 minutes. The exercise ends with a hot compress being wrapped around the semi-erect penis for a few minutes to boost blood flow.
